1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Ailico. By accessing or using our website at ailico.top, booking a paid session, subscribing to our newsletter, leaving a comment, or submitting content to our Write for Us program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use of Ailico after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use Ailico. If you are using Ailico on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Use of Service

Ailico grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use our website for your personal, non-commercial use. Specifically, you may:

• Read, share, and reference: Our articles, tutorials, and reviews for personal learning and sharing with attribution.
• Subscribe and comment: Join our newsletter and participate in our comment sections respectfully.
• Book sessions: Request paid consultations and workshops subject to the terms below.
• Submit pitches: Apply to write for Ailico through our contributor program.

You agree NOT to:

• Use Ailico for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from our website without written permission.
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any Ailico content without express written permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of Ailico, our systems, or our databases.
• Use our content to train AI models or feed content generation services without explicit licensing.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Submit spam, malware, or any content that violates applicable laws.

3. Intellectual Property

All content published on Ailico — including articles, tutorials, reviews, the AI Tools Directory, graphics, logos, design elements, code, and the "Ailico" brand name — is the property of Ailico and its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

What you can do

• Share links to our articles on social media, in newsletters, and in private messages.
• Quote brief excerpts (up to 100 words) with a visible credit link back to the original article.
• Print or save articles for your personal, non-commercial use.

What you cannot do

• Republish full articles on your website, blog, or newsletter without written permission.
• Translate and republish our content without a licensing agreement.
• Use our logo, brand name, or design elements without an explicit brand guidelines agreement.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or attribution notices from our content.

4. Paid Services & Payments

Ailico offers paid services including consultations, audits, implementation sprints, and training workshops. Pricing is listed on our booking page and may change at any time without notice. Booked sessions are subject to availability.

Payment terms

• All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Apple Pay.
• Payment is due at the time of booking confirmation, not at the time of request.
• For custom projects (Implementation Sprint, Team Training), a 50% deposit is required to secure the slot, with the balance due before the engagement begins.
• Invoices are issued in USD. You are responsible for any currency conversion fees or local taxes.

By submitting a booking request, you authorize Ailico to charge your payment method for the agreed-upon amount upon confirmation. A receipt will be emailed to you immediately.

5. Refund Policy

We stand behind our work. Our refund policy is straightforward:

• 7-day no-questions-asked: If you're not satisfied with your session for any reason, email us within 7 days and we'll issue a 100% refund.
• Session not delivered: If we fail to deliver a confirmed session, you receive a full refund or a rescheduled slot — your choice.
• Custom projects: Refundable on a prorated basis for work not yet started. Work-in-progress is non-refundable.
• Free Discovery Call: No refund applicable — the call is free.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. To request a refund, email billing@ailico.top with your booking confirmation number.

6. Appointments & Cancellations

Rescheduling

• Free rescheduling is available up to 24 hours before your scheduled session.
• Rescheduling within 24 hours of the session may incur a 25% fee.
• To reschedule, reply to your confirmation email or email bookings@ailico.top.

Cancellations by you

• Cancellations made 48+ hours before the session: full refund.
• Cancellations made 24–48 hours before: 50% refund.
• Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows: no refund.

Cancellations by us

If we need to cancel a session (due to illness, emergency, or force majeure), you may choose between a full refund or rescheduling with priority booking. We'll notify you as early as possible.

Late arrival

If you're more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session may be shortened or cancelled at our discretion. Refunds are not available for late arrivals.

7. Affiliate Disclosure

Ailico participates in affiliate programs with some of the AI tools we recommend. This means we may earn a commission if you click an affiliate link and make a purchase — at no additional cost to you.

Our commitment:

• Affiliate relationships never influence our reviews or rankings.
• We only recommend tools we've actually tested and would use ourselves.
• All affiliate links are clearly disclosed on the article or page where they appear.
• Tools without affiliate programs are reviewed on equal terms.

Affiliate commissions help us keep Ailico ad-free and independently operated. Thank you for supporting us by using our links when available.

8. User-Generated Content

Ailico allows users to leave comments on articles and submit pitches through our Write for Us program. By submitting content to Ailico, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display that content.

You represent that your content:

• Is original to you or you have the right to submit it.
• Does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights.
• Does not contain defamatory, obscene, threatening, or harassing material.
• Does not promote illegal activities or contain malware.

Our moderation rights

We reserve the right to edit, remove, or reject any user-submitted content at our discretion, without notice. We are not liable for the content of user comments and do not endorse the views expressed therein.

9. Disclaimer

The content on Ailico is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the information contained on our website.

AI tools evolve rapidly. Features, pricing, and availability mentioned in our reviews may change after publication. Always verify current details directly with the tool provider before making purchasing decisions.

Nothing on Ailico constitutes professional advice (legal, financial, technical, or otherwise). Any reliance you place on our content is strictly at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ailico, its authors, contributors, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our website or services.
• Damages resulting from the actions or inactions of third-party AI tools we recommend.
• Outcomes resulting from advice given during paid consultations.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of Ailico shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we do:

• The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the revision date.
• For material changes (pricing, refund policy, liability), we'll notify subscribers via email and post a notice on the homepage for at least 30 days.
• Your continued use of Ailico after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
• If you don't agree with the changes, you may close your account and stop using our services.
